I'm someone that's much older than he acts. Which is fine. Having a zest for life is much better than complaining about it. In fact, I'm pretty damn optimistic most all the time. Possibly to the point of being annoying.

My sarcasm, however, is rapier sharp. I am the type of person that will tease incessantly. I can also take a joke. You can't dish what you can't take, after all.

I'm open about who, how and what I am. There's no shame in that, people. In fact, if everyone were honest about who and what they are, people might get along a lot better. Or there may just be a rash of random, shocking violence. Whatever.

I have a love of cooking, crazily so. Insane enough to actually want to make a career out of it. Crazy enough to spend long hours a day preparing for the high stress, fast paced perfection of a kitchen. It takes a certain level of madness, right?
